I have been working as a trainer at Ridge Fitness for Women since it opened in February of 2015. I have a passion for working out and am excited to help you reach your goals! I love training in this super fun circuit and showing members personalized exercises to help push you towards your goals. Here at Ridge we’re committed to helping you do more than lose weight and build muscle, we want to get you excited about working out and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. I have tons of exciting new workouts for you to try, for every level. I’m here for you, let me know your personal goals and we can work towards them together!
I am a very active person and have a passion for the great outdoors! I love hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing and climbing. When I’m not in the gym or at school you can find me exploring the the Feather River Canyon. I’m currently studying Exercise Physiology at Chico State and plan on obtaining a Masters Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics. The only thing that excites me more than learning is teaching. Our bodies are our Adventure Machines and we only get one in life. So let’s go hit the gym together and make ours the best that they can be! See you there!
My name is Bev Gebbia. I am single and I retired from the Paradise Police Dept. after 23 yrs of service.
I have 2 sons that I am extremely proud of. My oldest son is also retired from the Paradise Police Dept. and is now teaching at Butte College. My youngest son will retire from the U. S. Air Force in April 2017 after 20 yrs of service.
I have 7 wonderful grandkids, Britny, Jessica, Jaycee, Jenna, Cody, Lynn and Emma.
I do love extreme sports, one of which was skydiving. I could not jump off the side of a boat but give me 15,000 ‘and it’s a piece of cake. I did stop skydiving after losing a dear friend to the sport. I have climbed Mt.Fuji, Japan. I was 1622’ from the top when I finished blowing out my knee from a skydiving incident a year before.
I love camping, hiking, water skiing, riding my quad, racquetball, working in the yard, walking my dog “Gator”, reading and spending time with friends.
I also love spending time at Ridge Fitness for Women with the awesome women that I have met while working here.

I am a second generation native Californian, living most of my life and raising my family in the central valley. After nearly two decades of employment in data processing and computer programming, the idea of pursuing a career in motivation and encouragement was like a breath of fresh air. This life change happened when I began working at a women's gym while living in rural Ohio. When my husband and I moved back to California in 2004, I continued my work in women’s fitness. With fourteen years of experience in training and motivating women to reach for their best health and fitness level, I am honored to be a member of this team at Ridge Fitness for Women. Nutrition and health have been a lifelong interest, and helping women realize their goals for better health, balance, strength, body knowledge and weight loss is so rewarding. The highlight of my day is to see a smile of satisfaction and accomplishment on the face of one our members after a fulfilling workout.
My husband, Rich, and I have two sons and nine grandchildren who keep us very busy in our free time. I also enjoy cooking for family and friends, travel, discovering new restaurants, music, hiking, dancing and learning something new every day.
Ridge Fitness for Women is designed for all ages of women. Fitness trainers are on site at all times to help you with your workout.

- A custom Stretch Station offering 13 stretch exercises
